Cake Tasting: Guests were treated to a custom made Embree House Wedding Cake created
by
Pat Stern. Pat's cakes are not only beautiful, but delicious! Picture perfect for any wedding or
special occasion!

Food Tasting: Guests sampled some of the Parson’s Favorites - legendary garlic rosemary
shrimp, savory ham swirl, refreshing mandarin orange poppyseed pasta, passion punch & bubbly
jade punch. The Parson's wife is a lucky woman!

Mini-workshops & Book Signing: Pam Archer conducted informal workshops titled
“Where do I begin?.” Her advice, based on over 30 years of experience in the wedding industry,
can be found in her newly released book,
“99 Things You Wish You Knew Before You
Planned Your Wedding,”
which helps brides not only avoid many of the wedding pitfalls, but can
save them hundreds of dollars.
